MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

The SJA MT Program is a development program designed to prepare future leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to understand business processes through experiential learning in various departments, engage in improvement projects, and collaborate with experts.

MT Scope:

1. Marketing

2. Operation

Selection Process:

Screening & Pre-Selection > Online Test 1&2 > Interview 1 > Business Simulation > Interview 2 > Medical Check-Up > Onboard.

We are looking for:

Fresh graduates or those with a maximum of 2 years of work experience who:

- Have a minimum GPA of 3.25 (S1) or 3.5 (S2).

- Graduated from Management, Engineering (Machine, Electro, Chemistry, Informatics), Statistics, Economics, and Finance majors.

- Have at least 3 months of internship experience.

- Have experience in leading teams and actively engaging in extracurricular activities or organizations.

- Are open-minded, have good learning agility, and stay updated on industry trends.

- Are willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
